Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of OnlyPaws. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The service
OnlyPaws is a digital platform that allows creators to offer subscriptions and content to fans. OnlyPaws acts solely as a technical platform and marketplace facilitator and is not a party to transactions between creators and fans.
Transactions are entered into directly between creators and fans. OnlyPaws does not assume responsibility for user-generated content or agreements between users.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use OnlyPaws. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
You must also be legally able to enter into binding contracts and comply with all applicable laws. If you use OnlyPaws on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
OnlyPaws may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable laws, or platform policies, or if we believe it is necessary to protect the platform or its users.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Payments, subscriptions, and recurring billing are processed by Stripe. OnlyPaws does not store payment card data.
For creator subscriptions, payments are made directly to creators through Stripe Connect. OnlyPaws may retain a commission or application fee for providing the platform and related services.
Users are responsible for reviewing subscription details before completing a transaction.
5. Creator responsibility and taxes
- The content they publish and the rights to upload it.
- Ensuring their content complies with applicable laws and platform policies.
- Determining whether their activity constitutes a professional or business activity.
- Compliance with all applicable tax, accounting, invoicing, and legal obligations.
OnlyPaws does not provide tax or legal advice and is not responsible for a creator’s failure to comply with applicable laws.
6. Content moderation and enforcement
OnlyPaws may remove content, restrict access, or suspend accounts if we believe they violate these Terms or our policies.
7. Intellectual property
OnlyPaws and its branding, design, software, and platform materials are protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Disclaimers
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnlyPaws will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Changes to these Terms
Continued use of OnlyPaws after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
