Only real, living pets that are owned or lawfully cared for by the creator may be featured on the platform.

2. Originality and ownership

Creators may publish only content they own or have the legal right to use. Misleading, stolen, impersonated, or manipulated content is not permitted.

• Re-posting other creators’ content without permission is prohibited.
• Impersonating another person, brand, or creator is prohibited.
• Misrepresentation of pets or situations is not allowed.

3. Allowed content

Allowed content includes, but is not limited to:

• Photos and videos of pets
• Daily routines, playtime, and training
• Grooming and responsible care content
• Educational or informative pet-related material
• Creator updates related to pet life

4. Prohibited content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Animal abuse, harm, neglect, or exploitation
• Animal fighting or encouragement of violence
• Graphic injuries or distressing imagery
• Illegal activities or promotion of illegal behavior
• Hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
• Unsafe or dangerous behavior involving animals
• Sexualized, suggestive, or fetish-oriented content involving animals
• AI-generated or digitally manipulated content simulating animal abuse

5. Enforcement

OnlyPaws reserves the right to remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate access for violations of this policy or applicable laws.

We may cooperate with authorities where required by law. Enforcement decisions are made at our discretion to protect animals, users, and the platform.
